Parents & youngsters back road campaign
More than 100 parents and children at Elloughton School have contributed to a petition by local Lib Dem Councillors campaigning for a mini-roundabout at Elloughton crossroads.
The petition of more than 520 signatures was handed in at East Riding of Yorkshire Councils’ Healthy Environment Committee on Wednesday April 2nd.

Specialist School Status for South Hunsley
Liberal Democrat Leader Charles Kennedy paid a visit to South Hunsley School accompanied by School Governor Cllr Anita Kay and Ward member Cllr Bob Tress to support the schools bid for Specialist School Status in Technology and Engineering.
To support this bid the school needs to raise £50,000
